Refund Policy
Last updated August 2026
We would rather fix an order than refund it — but if we cannot deliver what you paid for, you get your money back. This page sets out exactly how that works.
Cancel before work starts
If your order has not been assigned to a specialist yet, you can cancel it for a full refund. Contact support with your order number and we will confirm the cancellation.
Cancel while work is in progress
Once a specialist has started, you can still cancel. You are refunded for the portion of the service that was not delivered, based on measurable progress (for example divisions gained, hours of coaching used, or items completed).
The progress calculation is shown to you before the refund is issued.
If we cannot complete your order
If we cannot deliver a service after starting it — no available specialist, a game-side change, or any other reason on our side — you receive a full refund of the undelivered value, or store credit if you prefer.
Completed orders
Completed services are not generally refundable, because the work has been delivered. If you believe an order was marked complete without meeting its described scope, open a support ticket within 7 days and we will review it and correct or refund it.
Not eligible for refund
Delivered in-game currency and consumed unlocks once credited to your account, and orders where progress was lost because the account was played on during an ongoing order against instructions.
How long refunds take
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank; wallet and crypto refunds are usually faster.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us before opening a chargeback — we can almost always resolve it faster directly. Accounts used for chargeback abuse may be refused future orders.
