Refund Policy

Every order carries our completion guarantee. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, you get your money back.
Before your order starts
Cancel any time before a specialist is assigned and receive a 100% refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Orders in progress
If you cancel mid-order, we refund the unfinished portion pro-rata based on verified progress. Completed milestones are non-refundable.
Completion guarantee
If we fail to complete an order within the agreed scope and no alternative is accepted, you receive a full refund.
Game accounts
Account purchases are covered by a 72-hour warranty. If access issues arise that we cannot resolve, we replace the account or refund in full.
Not covered
Refunds are not issued for publisher-side actions caused by activity outside our order, for orders where account details supplied were incorrect, or for chargebacks filed without contacting support first.
